Located in the vicinity of Tambon Thai Ban, the complex of more than 60,000 freshwater and marine crocodiles and a mini-zoo also offers an exciting show of keepers playing with these dangerous animals.

Just 10 Kilometres outside Bangkok, Samutprakarn Crocodile farm is the largest crocodile farm in the world.

With some 60,000 crocodiles living here, that's not a surprising fact.

It is also home to the largest ‘kept’ crocodile who weighs in at over 1,000 Kilograms and is some 6 metres long.

The farm breeds crocodiles as part of the wildlife program, and research into the reptile is carried out.

For the more casual visitor, there are shows featuring crocodiles who can perform tricks.

There are crocodile shows every hour from 9am to 4pm.

There are also elephant shows where domesticated elephants demonstrate their intelligence and dexterity, and the part where they have played in Thai life in war and peace

Some of the shows include "Crocodile Wresting" and "Acrobatic Elephant" stage shows, where the adudience is invited to participate.

The farm is open from 7am to 6pm, with an admission charge of 300 Baht for adults and 200 baht for children
